As Director, Head of Talent at Ember Group Consulting, she oversees recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and pipeline development across the firm, ensuring Ember attracts and retains exceptional talent as it expands across markets and service lines.

Caroline brings more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and professional services recruiting. Prior to joining Ember, she spent 12 years with Forvis Mazars US, most recently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where she partnered with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and support organizational growth. Earlier in her career, she served as Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, building a foundation in relationship-driven recruiting and talent advisory services.
