Before co-founding Ember Group Consulting, Rochelle was the President and Founder of DARTON GROUP Consulting, LLC, an award-winning boutique consulting firm. For 11 years, she led DARTON GROUP to become Charlotte’s premier source for finance, accounting, and project management consultants. Under her leadership, the firm experienced significant growth driven by its people-centric approach. DARTON GROUP earned the trust of clients by handling some of their most strategic, time-sensitive, and high-value projects. It also became a best place to work for many Big4 consultants who wanted to contribute to their local communities. Rochelle successfully sold the company, leaving a legacy of excellence and community service.

After successfully selling DARTON GROUP, Rochelle held a pivotal Executive role at North Highland, a global management consulting firm renowned for its focus on change and transformation. As the Global Head of Industry Development, she spearheaded initiatives that helped some of the world’s largest companies transform their businesses, enter new markets, and achieve significant inorganic growth. Under her leadership, North Highland saw unprecedented revenue growth and broad industry representation, solidifying its position as a leader in the management consulting sector.
