Taylor Morrison brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition to his role as Vice President, Talent and Managing Director at Ember Group Search. He has built a distinguished career by consistently delivering exceptional talent solutions for leading organizations.

Prior to joining Ember Group, Taylor spent seven years at RGP, a global management consulting firm, where he held several key leadership positions. Most recently, as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for Emerging Accounts, he spearheaded the talent function for a newly built division, focusing on Private Equity backed companies across North America. In this role, he partnered with revenue leaders, directly supervised talent management teams, and personally contributed to significant revenue growth by filling 350 projects over five years. He also developed innovative process optimization strategies and played a crucial role in talent forecasting and KPI management. Before that, as Director of Talent Management and Director of Talent Acquisition for North America Talent, he established strategic talent programs, managed consultant performance, and built robust talent pipelines to support RGP’s growth.

Taylor began his career at a specialized executive search firm in New York City, where he focused on recruitment for public accounting and consulting companies. Over 12 years, he progressed from Associate Director to Director, placing candidates in a variety of accounting and tax roles, and developing strong client relationships throughout the Tri-State area. He excelled in full-cycle recruitment, sales, and contract negotiations.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business.

Residing in New York City with his wife and their French Bulldog, Taylor is also actively involved in several community organizations. In his leisure time, he enjoys gardening, traveling, and exploring new dining experiences.
